Twenty eight years ago I graduated from Sutherland Chan School of Massage Therapy – Toronto and certified with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.

Since then my experiences have been vast from teaching massage on the international stage, to working with neurologically compromised individuals. Throughout, I have incorporated a multitude of complementary therapies including aromatherapy, cranial sacral therapy, Jin Shin Do acupressure, Vodder lymphatic drainage.

Several years ago I developed episodic but debilitating nerve pain which affected my mid thoracic region. Over the span of three years, I searched many avenues seeking relief, or the very least, an understanding of how I developed this condition. Ultimately I discovered Matrix Repatterning™ – an energy rebalancing approach that treats structural imbalances and mechanical dysfunction at the cellular level and that changed everything!

As a Registered Massage Therapist I have experienced first hand the undeniable power of Matrix Repatterning on my own path to healing. Now a Certified Matrix Repatterning Practitioner, MR is an integral part of my practice.

I am located in Rossmore - the gateway to Prince Edward County at i-float Spa.
